I had a bit of a scare on Fiverr today. I received my first warning, and I'm not entirely sure what I did wrong.

Did you ask anyone to contact you outside the fiver ?
Oh, Well, a client from the UK messaged me on Fiverr and then asked to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. I replied through the Fiverr inbox, but then they wanted to switch to a video meeting on Google Meet. When we couldn't agree on the service cost, I marked their message as spam.

Hmm, that's a tricky situation. But I think the issue might be with taking the conversation off Fiverr and marking messages as spam. Fiverr has strict policies about communicating and conducting transactions outside of their platform.

Yeah, it's important to follow their rules to avoid warnings or penalties. But don't worry too much, Benjamin. It sounds like an honest mistake, and you've learned from it.

Thanks, guys. I'm just worried if this will affect my level or cause any other problems on the platform.

It's hard to say for sure, but as long as you're proactive about resolving the issue and focusing on delivering quality work, I don't think it'll have a long-term impact on your profile.

Exactly. Keep communicating with Fiverr's support team, and they should be able to guide you through the process. And remember, we're here to support you too.
